I have an extremely high arch and a men's size 12 1/2 foot. I bought size 11/12 to put in both my running shoe and sneaker for school. Fits perfectly and is not too wide for the toe of my Adidas sneaker, unlike some arch supports. Perfect solution for my football comfort.

My orthopedic doctir recommended these because he uses them himself. I had complained about the cost and hassle of my usual custom inserts so i tried these. They work even better, and are more comfortable too! I am getting a few pairs so i can keep them in all my regular shoes.
