This tastes great, and has no aftertaste in my opinion. Use half the amount that you would for normal recipes. Ingredients: erythritol, a sugar alcohol which occurs naturally in plants, sugar, molasses, and stevia leaf extract. There are 10 calories per teaspoon.

It tastes just like brown sugar...can't tell the difference. I love this and the brown and the white. It measures just like sugar too so you can substitute it in your recipes.
