Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Sweet Yellow Cornbread Mix, 12 oz

My wife is gluten free and I am not always crazy about the GF pastas and breads. But I made this one (baked in a cast iron skillet) as it was very good. I did add a 1/4 cup sugar to the mix to sweeten it up a bit.

This is the best cornbread I have ever made. I like to make it using coconut oil, comes out real smooth and fluffy.

It is getting harder to find foods without soy as I am not supposed to eat anything that contains soy. Hodson Mill has always had quality products & this one is great. Good taste.
