I like Kind brand nut bars because they do not contain GMOs, gluten free, low sodium, low sugar, no cholesterol, and low calorie. Tastes great! A healthy snack, everyone can enjoy!

I love how this flavor is low in sugar and sodium but is still crunchy, tasty, and delicious! Many flavors have more sodium and sugar that I don't need. Yum!
