Ordered an extra small and fits like an xs. Came with everything pictured. Has stretch material on back . Velcro on both sides of belt and side zipper helps with fit. Won't fall apart while wearing.

Don't take a chance on this costume. Sizing (TOOO SMALL) and quality are terrible. The boots were so tight they would not even go past the foot. The strap was broken and the skirt was too short and tight. Also the Block Buster Costume site has very difficult to return return policy. NO a goo...
