This seasoning is a life saver and I'm so glad I found it. This is the only thing I use on my chicken when I condiment it. I like using it because no matter how much of it I use, it doesn't leave my chicken feeling salty because it's salt free but it gives it a really nice flavor.

I am on a salt restricted diet. I hate bland food. With Mrs Dash my food is no longer bland. Try the Mrs Dash Lemmon Pepper it is awesome on chicken and fish.

This arrived on time and in perfect condition. I have been using Mrs. Dash for over 30 years. I like it as it contains no salt and most items that are processed today contain additional salt.
