My newly 3 year old loved to tear the paper off and break the traditional crayons. He received these for his birthday, and he LOVES them. He isn't able to break them, and he carries the case around with him. Great addition to our art supplies.

Great crayons, color is rich, thick for great hold. Each crayon has it's own spot so they're easy to make sure none left out accidentally. No paper around the crayon that the kids will be tearing off to access crayons and leaving a mess from the papers

Although I love the triangular shape, the colors are not vibrant and the lighter colors, like pink, are also barely visible. However, my main concern is the red crayon actually has a brownish-orange color when drawing.

I love the triangle design & size but other than that these crayons aren't much sturdier than regular crayons. 2 broke inside the box when it tipped over & hit the ground from less than 2 feet high. The colors show up very dull the pink is almost invisible. Pretty disappointed. Great concept but ...
