Great flavor and a perfect thing to mix with Mac and cheese or blonde pasta sauces or use for a on the go BBQ sandwich.. can be added to meals to give a boost of protein. I miss the $1.50 price now it's $3.74 per can..I recommend for backpacking preps or off grid trips.

boil it on the stove actually pretty tasty. about half liquid and half meat portion is a little small. definitely edible though. I put it on a hot dog bun a little bit of shredded cheese and Bam instant lunch. testing this out more for the prepper type of food though. easy way to store excess f...

Perfect size for one person. Makes a nice vegetable soup. I add green onions and diced red peppers and simmer for 30 minutes. It's juicey, tender and very flavorful. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend it.

I like that you get more Roast beef than gravy in the cans. plus it's cheaper than the canned chicken meat. Usually it's the other way around, but nowadays it's changed.
