I've been eating these bars for lunch for about 2 months and have lost about 15 lbs. I buy the choc chip brownie, they taste great and eliminate my desire for chocolate.

Taste quite good, made with only 6 ingredients although one of the ingredients is comprised of 3 ingredients and best of all I can pronounce all ingrediants

When I want a dessert but not the calories or guilt, I eat these. Great bar and the taste I love. Everyone has a different taste, but for me these taste wonderful and I love the minimal ingredients.
