This TV had more features than I expected. I placed it in the bedroom replacing a 13" ANALOG tv. tHE SETUP OUT OF THE BOX WAS QUICK AND EASY. The tv found all of the digital chanels on my cable without the need of a cable box -- unless you desire some of the premium channels. Highly recommend it...

When I ordered this TV, I already was looking into how I could connect a stereo or external speakers to it, since the other flat screen LCD TVs (not LG) we have sound terrible. I was pleasantly surprised that the audio quality is very decent. I do not think that I will be buying external speakers...
