I've been using this oil for the last couple of years. It's perfect for upset tummies from digestion issues to a simple virus. I use it straight up, about 2-3 drops, rubbing in a counter clockwise motion on the abdomen. I swear by this oil and carry a small travel bottle with me wherever I go.
