Lavender is a great oil to sprinkle on the sheets for a peaceful relaxing sleep. For me the aroma is strong enough to last awhile, so it doesn't take much. I also use this along with peppermint, frankincense and other oils to relax when having a migraine.

After I tried this Lavender Fine EO, there is no go back to the Lavender EO. As I found the scent of this Lavender Fine has more herbaceous and layers. Exactly what I want.
