Some people are allergic to that fake scent that stores put on the end of the year decorations so instead, I think it's more appropriate to use the Cinnamon Cassia essential oil because it's the perfect match. Just pop some in your diffuser and you'll start feeling the joy already.

I prefer cinnamon bark because it has a more traditional cinnamon scent. This is very sweet so I add a drop to water to rinse after brushing my teeth. Freshens breath and great for candida.

I use this oil when making a thieves blend. I also love the smell of cinnamon. Oftentimes when my stomach is not wanting food I can diffuse this oil and it will give me an appetite. It also adds that cinnamon spice to any blend as well.
