I bought this for my 3 year old daughter. Size small is actually like a xs or a siz 4/5 in girls. My daughter is 35lbs and about 3ft, the dress comes to her knee. It is a very well made costume and there is sequins all over! Also, walmart sells the red sparkly shoes.
