I love that we can have "spaghetti" now. SO HEALTHY and reasonably priced. Of course the noodles must be soaked and rinsed, but once they are, when you dry them in the pan, they turn out wonderfully. GREAT PRODUCT for Gluten free, Low Carb diets! They are a vegetable root, not a flour pasta.
