Fits good in my 12 Wide - shoe size. I use it for the whole 8 hours working with a lot of walking and it feels comfortable.

these insoles are great! i work standing short of 8 hrs, and i feel less pains on feet and back. i weigh less than 200lbs, chose them for extra comfort.
