[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Almay Conditioning Liquid Eyeliner goes on smooth. I tried the Navy and it worked out great. I paired it with the Almay Biodegradable Oil Free Micellar Eye Makeup Remover Pads and it came off just as smoothly as it went on.
