I have purchased 2 startech power cords, and 3 50ft startech Ethernet cables. The power cords are twice as heavy as factory, and at an amazing price, I would however add a personal note... I thought the 3 footers would be fine, but I would recommend at least a 5ft cord to give yourself some play....

WOW !! I really like this power cord, setup was very easy. all one has to do is plug one end into a electrical power socket then plug the other end into your unit.and the unit works.the hard part is knowing which end goes where.there are no instructions but after a few hours I got it..

I needed a couple of heavier gauge cords to hook up power amplifiers in one of my sound systems. They use around 8-10 amps each. These cords fill the bill nicely. They are short enough to deliver the full load of electricity without dropping amperage.
