I'm a very light sleeper and these help a lot. I cut them in half as they are too big for my small ears. I use them for about a week or so and then use new ones. They are comfortable and really help me sleep much better.

Can't sleep without them. I do only use half of one in each ear but am careful not to put them inside the ear. They don't block 100% but enough that my alarm doesn't wake me. I have tried several different kinds these are the best.
