I really love this BCAA powder! Not only is it just BCAAs, but it also gives you energy. It tastes so good!! It didn't give me a crash after either. I feel like it helped my muscles recover faster as well. I wasn't near as sore the next day as I usually am.

Addicted to this. The sour candy is great and I really notice a difference in my rock climbing performance with the BCAAs

I drink Best BCAA Energy every day in the afternoon. I drink my coffee in the morning but I start to get tired at work around 2pm so I take this. It's not too much caffeine before my pre-workout later on in the evening. I also think the BCAAs during the day are helping with recovery.
