It's the getting hard-to-find magnesium citrate laxative my old Doctor recommended 60 years ago that still works. It's easier on the stomach than Epsom Salts, and dosing isn't so critical. Chilling it in the fridge makes it more palatable and it works overnite.

I know everyone is different but for me this was just awful it cleaned me out very well ....a little too much if you ask I did not follow the directions on the bottle instead of drinking the whole 10 I dranked maybe 4-6 oz a little goes a long way but be prepared to sit on the toilet for the next...

I was in horrible pain. Drank half a bottle and a couple bottles of water and it helped a lot. It was gentle but strong enough to give me relief.
