The methodology for performing an initial image, since there are no recovery disks, is somewhat opaque but the Windows 8 system will grow on you and the downloads for Live Essentials from the MS website are pretty straightforward. Can't beat the price for all the features...big q...

The bright ones at ACER forgot to install Windows on it. Took it back, and I am going back to HP.
