For those allergic to wheat, this product is very good. How good it tastes will depend on what you flavor it with. I used chicken bullion, chives, parmesan cheese and butter. It was really good.

it took a little longer to cook than mentioned on the label. once cooked they were the best gluten free noodles I have ever eaten. i'll be purchasing more.
