Somewhat difficult to assemble - not for someone who is not mechanically inclined. Takes 2 to install. Lag screws were not provided for mounting the brackets into wood ( wood beam), only concrete expansion bolts were provided for the brackets which seems a bit odd, as most houses do not have conc...

Instructions could be better. No way you can put in a bolt with a phillips screwdriver. Include pictures after each step to be sure its right. That was our only issue. The awning is awesome. Love it.
