This works great when experiencing body aches & muscle aches. I use it for pain and to help me fall asleep. Works great for both. I have recommended these a couple of time to family and friends. Price is okay.

I've been taking one Advil p.m. at night for the past 15 years and it seems like they keep going up in price more often than anything else. It's very sad that people are having to pay $25 for simple pain relief and sleep aid.

I work remotely from a desk all day and have recently started having back pain by the end of the day, which can cause sleepless nights often times. But, not if you snag a bottle of this, would recommend to anybody! Helps with falling asleep and staying asleep as well as not waking up to pain!
