We've been using this brand for about 4 yrs now. My son has had zero cavities. You definitely don't have to poison yourself with fluoride to prevent decay! Good taste and the other flavors are good also. Good price in my opinion and tastes way better than other natural brands.

If you're looking for sls and fluoride free toothpaste, this is the one for you. It doesn't taste gritty or weird like other toothpastes which I know because we have tried a lot of different kinds. And the price is good too.
