I’ve had this oil for about a year now. I diffuse it at the first sign of illness or anytime I find out we’ve been exposed to illness and we’ve either not gotten sick or if we did it was very mild. The scent is strong, and not super appealing, but the benefits are worth it.

I diffuse this every night in my young son's room at bedtime. colds and germs are rampant and unavoidable but I strongly believe it helps him fight off the other colds and bugs much faster than his peers.
