These actually work great and don't leave your teeth sensitive afterwards. It took about 10 “shades” off my teeth and they haven't looked these great in years!

These work great. They need to stay on for an hour and some days that's a lot. I had one instance where the bottom strip did not adhere well. That was a long 1 hour because I had to hold my mouth a certain way the whole time. That was a one time incidence though.
