I had been drinking another brand of decaf for years, when I tried Illy's Decaf (I use it in my Rancillio Silvia espresso maker), and since then (+3-4 years?), this is my go-to. You'd never know it was decaf.

The roast is just right for me, and the grind is fine enough to allow the 30-second passage of water through the grounds (in my machine) that I'm looking for, for optimum extraction of flavor. The taste is friendly but yet rich and full-bodied.
