This is a great addition to any costume that calls for a tutu. Personally it is just what my witch costume needed for witches night out in my town. I might add some battery powered lights just to make it stand out more.

This adult tutu had me skeptical. I'm a plus size woman and while I see the size says 2x, I know that isn't always the case. So imagine my surprise when I tried it in and it actually fit! It's stretchy, it's cute, and it's short. Definitely wear some dark tights under it!
