Plain and simple -- the flavor and consistency is exactly like Real Mayo without the extra calories and fat. I also use it in salad dressings and it doesn't break down like other low fat or "light" products. I even converted my Mother – a diehard real mayonnaise connoisseur -- to Hellmanns Light....

This is absolutely amazing!! It's VERY close to the regular mayo, in my opinion! I researched lite mayonnaises first and it was listed as the best. I'm so happy to have found it!
