I got this for my 3 yr. old grandson's birthday and he loved it. He was able to play with it with almost no assistant from his parents. It kept him entertained for hours.

its cute . the biggest issue i found is how touchy the controls are for a younger child to operate. it was otherwise a favorite gift among her many others.

Some people complain that it will not work sometimes. I found that if it sits unused for 10 minutes of so, you will need to turn the switch off, then 'on' and then hold the "forward" button for 2-3 seconds. This is the initial start up procedure. I think it has a timed shut down and must therefor...

This was for our 4 yr old grandson.... He squeeled with delight, and said " this is exactly what I wanted!" How sweet for a 4 yr old. He has been playing with it all day.
