When trying to change the blades the insert slips out of the handle. Annoying! Not as annoying as the indifferent attitude from the staff. Recommended solution, “buy a new one”.

One year warranty for a product in this price point is not adequate. Love everything about this product but plastic blade attachment piece is poor construction and breaks off with use. Will not purchase another blade.

We have purchase 3 razors and 2 are broken, a brush and razor stand, and a brush and several shaving products. I am NOT Impressed and very disappointed in your products

TAOS is great for its "soft" product but its "hard" product is terrible...and this razor is Exhibit A for that. Looks and feels great in your hand...for about 3 months. Then the plastic blade holder starts slipping out and you're done. Unacceptable for a product at this price. Has happened to two...

I love this handle, its very stylish and easy to clean. The weight of it feels really good as well. So far mine hasn't broken, I hope it doesn't.
