I am very happy with it. You can't tell from the photo, but it has a separate base that plugs into the wall for recharging. I bought it because I am Type 1 diabetic and my gums were bothering me. I used to have a much more expensive one that worked less well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the Sonic electric toothbrush changes the experience in a good way. My teeth do feel cleaner. The brush head is small and shaped to get in between the teeth. The timer helps me spend adequate time in each area of my mouth.
