The Spray actually sprays upside down when you take the straw out. It soothes the lower regions really really well. I haven't made padsicles with it but I just Spray it directly after shower and omg it feels so good

This spray is awesome and can be used for so many things! I even love a little spritz on my face as a nice refesher. If you have left over prduct after your birth, I swear there are so many ways to use this!
