i have to say i like the taste of this protein drink it is really rich chocolate flavor and i used a mix of water or milk to drink it.i love that it has so much protein and low crabs.it was not to medicine taste and it was a little hard to mix but in the end it was mixed.

This protein is smooth and tastes great. It isn't chalky like most other proteins. When I mix it in smoothies, I can't even taste it. It also helps keep me full and satisfied for a long time. I would for sure purchase again!
