I have chosen Le Sueur's small peas for probably 40 years. I don't know why more companies don't make them available. Le Sueur was always a little bit higher in cost, however, is getting even more costly. So, I don't get to eat peas as much as I would enjoy anymore.

My mother used these peas when she did not have fresh ones from the garden. I have tried many brands, but nothing is as good as these peas. They are quick and easy to serve in at short time. Great in salads not cooked.
