I recently spent 81 days in the hospital due to complications during heart surgery. As a result I am having bladder control issues. These briefs are hard to find locally in my size. They are comfortable and very absorbent and give me confidence when going out. Great product. Great price.

They're a big help to keeping outer clothing dry after sitting in a wheelchair for several hours. However, the only drawback is there should be a more absorbent pad in the middle for a flood when the person starts to stand up. Otherwise, they're great.
