I have to say these are some of the best anchovies on the market. Price is somewhat moderate to high but taste is perfect. They are salty and oily, very gourmet like with firmness and fishy flavor. Perfect for cooking soups, pastas, rice dishes, pizzas, and just whatever comes to mind to indulge ...
