The item image is NOT how the item is. The description does NOT match the item. There are no multi-tiers, built in hideaways, or climbing ropes. It looks like the image in the 2nd pic, not at all on it's description.

First time this has happened to me but the first picture you see is NOT what you'll get. If you look at the other pictures (what I didn't do), is what you'll get. I got the one with the cactus thing.

I agree with the other reviewers. I wish I had seen their reviews before I ordered two of this item. I mainly wanted the item in the first picture for the sisal tubes for scratching deterrents to our other furniture. I would not have ordered if I knew the "cactus" was what I was getting. I may...
