[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Ironman activICE, GEL and it works wonders. When my shoulder or back hurts i have someone rub it on me and within minutes i can feel it working. My husband also uses it for his hands and knees and it works pretty good for him as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ironman ActivICE gel works great for aches and pains. Put this on my husbands back and it helped a lot. Absords well.and quickly. There is somewhat of a smell but it isn't too bad and goes away quickly.
