Works the same and has same ingredients as extra strength excedrin but at a very good price. Dont waste your money buying that migraine excedrin or extra strength excedrin, read the labels you will find its all the same except the price. How the makers of excedrin get away with it is beyond me.

This is great for period cramps, lower back aches from work, horrible headaches, sciatica, flu aches. I recommend this for anyone who is allowed to have caffeine, because it works better than everything!
