      These are absolutely FABULOUS! I cannot eat ANY gluten and I was missing graham cracker crusts. When I discovered that MI-DEL also made these GINGER SNAP crusts I've been using them too. They are delicious and folks don't know they're gluten free unless I tell them.

      I made a lemon cream pie per the instructions on the label and it went over great at the meeting potluck. I would recommend sealing the crust first with egg white and quickly baking it for 3-5 minutes to prevent sogginess if you anticipate any leftovers.
