even from the first use, I noticed my teeth were a little whiter. seems to clean much better than what I was using before. taste isn't as good as what I used before, but I think it's because it doesn't contain the sugar substitute the other one had. so it's better.

Love this toothpaste. Grew up in Clarksville where a Colgate Plant was located. Family members worked there and brought us their products. Have used toothpaste as soon as I started out and never used other brands.
