About a year ago a friend insisted I try this vitamin. I'm so glad he did!!! I truly feel the difference when I use this product. I'm definitely hooked. My problem is that I want to try the 40 version since I am 47. But I love this one so much. Sighhhh...this is a good problem to have.

I have been taking these for a few years now and swear I can feel a difference. The best part is I can take it on an empty stomach without it sitting like a rock. The quality is consistent and I plan to continue taking them.

While one-a-day vitamins seem to be the most common, I really like that you take 2 of these a day because they very easy to swallow. Previous daily multivitamins which were this well rounded and complete in nutrients were quite large and I found myself not taking them because it was intimidating....

I have been using New Chapter vitamins for years now, but I recently switched to this multivitamin because of the hormone balance supplements. It really makes a difference in my mood and I would highly recommend this vitamin.
