Excellent rugged camera and great price from Sam's. I would probably rate the value higher, but I've not fully tested the camera under duress. I would recommend Nikon products for value, quality, and price.

I have not used the Nikon Cool PIcs camera a lot since purchasing it so I really can't fairly attest to the such things as battery life. I thought it was a little high priced for no zoom lens. The picture quality looks good on camera but, again, have not downloaded them to see the actual quality....

Bought the camera solely on using it in the water. Took the camera in the water less than 2 feet deep, the camera lens and back display now condensate up whenever I use it. Took good pictures before the water.
