I AM NOT SURE WHAT CAMERA THE OTHER REVIEWER HAS BUT IT CANT POSSIBLE BE THE S9500. IT SOUNDS LIKE POSSIBLY HE DID NOT TURN ON THE OIS. THE PICTURES I HAVE TAKEN, ALL TYPES, ARE INCREDIBLE.
