I really like this brand and flavor. It's all your own personal taste and preferences. I would say it taste like flavor ice freeze pops. And it works for me, I use it for energy boost before work and when I wake up. I get about a month out of a big jug.

The flavor is GREAT - if you like grape. It mixes quickly and thoroughly into a glass of water. The amino profile is good and, if you catch a sale price, the price isn't bad. It last for a while.
