This cream is just as food as the brand name. It has almost a cooling sensation when applied. It does reduce the pain some on sores applied to. It comes out of the tube easily. The price is the best. Overall, i would buy this over the name brand any day.

in the recent past, a friend of mine burned my leg with a hot smoking pipe and I used this cream along with a new Band-Aid everyday and it reduced the amount of scarring I had and allowed it to heal pretty well. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from minor injuries.

this product is very much the same as neosporin. i checked the ingredients and they appear to be the very same. i have had no problem while using it. it sure helps my wallet too.
