I purchased these Nature Valley Oatmeal Squares because they're made from healthy stuff like oatmeal, nuts, and cinnamon, and also there's only 9 grams of sugar per serving. They are soft and chewy with the taste of oats and cinnamon and not overbearingly sweet.

When I was working temporarily the 5 AM shift at Amazon, these little gems saved my life because the management gave employees no time to eat. I would have one of these with coffee and be okay until lunchtime. Just the right size to stuff in my pocket and devour. Cheers.

These oatmeal squares are so yummy, i had to make sure they were still good for me. I have had most of Nature Valleys granola and other snack bars, but these easily taste the best

We love these breakfast bars. Sometimes hard to get at store, so I buy them online and get Next day delivery. Our driver, Steven was very professional and kind. Smiles are so nice to see. Love the Tracking feature so we know when our order will arrive.
